Dr. Ramkumar PS (M.Tech, Ph.D) is a senior technical officer in the ITU wing of the United Nations serving as chief architect of “Govstack”, a global initiative with other UN organizations (WHO, Worldbank) and Governments of Germany and Estonia, assisting digital government transformation in several countries worldwide  He also serves as senior scientist faculty at RPTU University, Germany. Over 42 years of his illustrious career, he has served in several senior positions such as Head of Innovation and Research Program and Director of network connectivity division at Intel Corporation, as Center Director at VxTel(USA), as chief technical officer at SRIT (India), as General Manager at Nuntius Systems Inc. (USA) and as a Scientist heading Radio Astronomy Signal processing labs at the Raman Research Institute (India) and as advisor to board of directors in several SME companies.. He also co-founded infotech companies “Applied Cognition Systems”, PharmIT services, SowkhyaCarenet,  With 13 patents and 40+ international research publications in various fields, he has mentored 150+ post-graduate research students. He has contributed as an empaneled expert in the Bureau of Indian standards for e-health and as part of advisory committee of Ministry of IT to planning commission of Govt. of India. In addition to his work with CAGH, he is a life-member of Telemedicine Society of India, Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers India, Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a recipient of several excellence awards for his contributions in industry and academia.​

Dr. Chandana Unnithan is an applied scientist and Professor in digital health and informatics at Torrens University Australia and Chief Scientific Officer for Lifeguard Digital Health Inc.where she leads Lifeguard Labs - the R&D division that ideates SaaS/SaMD innovations for saving lives from emergencies that has placed it on the WHO Digital Health Atlas. She is on the advisory board as Subject Matter Expert of Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH), represents Australia for digital health expertise in the United Nations COPUOS, WHO and leads Telehealth curriculum of the Space and Global Health Network that leverages space based technologies for enhancing life on earth. She has presented at the Geneva Health Forum, being a speaker and panelist on the digital health days.  She collaborates with Geneva Digital Health Hub, in University of Geneva on digital health. She is a member of Standards Council Canada and Mental Health Substance Use Collaborative (MHSU) of Health Canada. As a passionate advocate of digital health preventive innovations, Chandana has over 2 decades of implementing digital public health systems, university teaching and research with more than 140 publications and has been an invited speaker to multiple events across the world. Her expertise spans AI, IoT, Blockchain in Health and geo-spatial technologies.
